ECS Security currently provides key holding, key holder escort services and alarm response services to over three hundred and fifty clients, from Magistrates Courts through to corner shops and domestic residences.

With the full key holding services ECS hold the client’s keys securely in the key depository in our 24 hour manned control centre. In the event of an alarm activation or request from the emergency services to attend the premises, the keys are drawn against signature from the sealed compartment of the secure depository. The keys are then handed to the experienced guard to act as your key holder. The guard will then attend your premises, liaise with the Police and relevant Emergency Services. We will also communicate with your alarm company to arrange a reset and ensure the security of your premises.

The key holder escort service works in a similar way except the keys are held by your own key holder. Our guard attends with your key holder and remains with them to
re assure them whilst searching and dealing with the alarm. This normally involves premises holding sensitive confidential information or high value/risk property.
